Al-Halboosi receives elders and dignitaries of the Al al-Saadoun tribes of the south

The Parliament Speaker Mohammed al-Halboosi received Sheikhs and Elders of the Al al-Saadoun tribes of Basra, Dhi Qar, Wasit and Baghdad accompanied by Dr. Mahmoud al-Mashhadani.

The Speaker praised the history of these tribes and their patriotism throughout the ages, praying to Allah to protect all the Iraqi people, pointing out that the diversity of the Iraqi fabric religiously, sectarian and ethnically helps to strengthen brotherly relations between all and constitutes a driving force for building a state of citizenship, calling on the government and its institutions to protect all components of the people without discrimination.

The elders and dignitaries of the Al al-Saadoun tribes of the south expressed their readiness to maintain the principle of co-existence in all Iraqi cities and especially in the south for a prosperous future and one unified Iraq and to contribute to the process of construction and development.
