Al-Kaabi calls for resolving the issue of the ages of players of number of national teams

The First Deputy Speaker Mr. Hassan Karim al-Kaabi called the Ministries of Interior, Youth and Sports, and the Parliamentary Committee of Youth and Sports and the Iraqi Federation of football to resolve the issue of difference in the players’ ages of number of national teams to preclude all relevant parties from accountability and punishment by the International Federation for football.
Al-Kaabi called on all parties and institutions concerned with sports to end the intersections and to join efforts to support Iraqi sport, stressing the keenness of the Council of Representatives to approve legislations, especially dysfunctional laws, which aim at promoting sports reality and achieving more international recognition.
